Job for mom with 2 teen kids that has school holidays work hours from about 7 to 4 and is out of home?

My mom really wants to start working again now that my sister and I are older. She doesnt want to work at home, she wants to get out of the house. But the job would have to have work hours so she could come home by dinner, would have school holidays, weekends, and summers off. She loves to garden, and she is a really fast typist, and she is fluent in czech and english among other things. We live in Austin. Thank you for helping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
