Justin Upton for Luke Scott and Aaron Hill?

Right now my team is plagued as I have Manny Ramirez, Ryan Doumit, Ricky Weeks, Carlos Guillen, Joey Votto, and Aramis Ramirez. My current and now only second baseman is howie kendrick, who has been a major dissapointment. I was offered this trade, me giving up the prodigy Justin Upton for Luke Scott and Aaron Hill, who have both been unexpectedly great so far this season. Should I accept this trade?
