Time period of the clock will not remain as one second because time period is inversely related to acceleration due to gravity. In moon, the value is nearly 6 times lesser than that of the earth and therefore according to the relation T = 4pi^2*(sq.rt of l/g) I think the clock will move 36 times faster than what it does in the earth.
