13weeks pregnant vomiting and diarrhea when should i go to the hospital?

im 13 weeeks pregnant ive had morning sickness all though out but this is different. for the last 7days i have been puking right after what ever i eat if by chance i can hold it down i have sever diarrhea i dont have fever and feel fine other wise...aslong as i dont eat... My doc is on holidays and i cant get in tell fri i dont know if i should wait that long... I have also had some green l discharge i was tested for urinary track infections and clamitia/gonarhea and all is neg the walkin doc i seen said to wait tell my doc was back for more test. should i wait or go to the hospital? im concerned for the baby how long can i go with out eating??
