I'm 31 and I already get hot flashes.....?

ok it will be freezing cold when i would go outside and i'll be sitting there sweating .I'm only 31 years old ,a woman is not suppose to get menopause until she is 50 or 55. I have no insurance to see a doctor.I saw my Mom go through it and it would be freezing but she would still be sweating .I don;t know why i'm like this .My sister see's me having hot flashes.she tells me it might be menopause But I'm to young do you think?.don't be rude about this question .
