PLEASE HELP IM FRANTIC AND TERRIFIED AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!?

Please don't let your self get too freaked out. I have a similar thing happen in my house from time to time but nothing bad ever happens. I do think it is wise to make sure it is not a living person that is trying to brake in though. The living are much more dangerous than spirits.
