What should I do about this job/my boss?

I would talk to her at the right moment without getting emotional or upset. Just say that you have been here 2 years, no raise, you asked for hours, etc. Then say something like- I don't understand why I have not gotten a raise or more hours? Is there something I need to improve on?. Basically, don't go and accuse her or put her on the defensive. Just ask what you can do to get what you want.
