Why do conservatives believe in dumbing down children?

Oh, it all goes back to NAZI germany. Get them young when they're easier to brainwash and keep them stupid because stupid peopl are easier to manipulate because they haven't been taught to think in logical, sequential, or even questioning methods. Also stupid people tend to be lower income and lower hope.
