I think you should simply ask her if she is interested in pursuing a relationship with you. I see no point in continuing to pursue her if she is not as responsive to you as you would like. I understand she is shy, and there could be cultural differences too, but she has someone else on her mind and she is probably focusing on caring for her parents and working and living her life. I imagine she cares about you and likes you too but the only way for you to know for sure is to ask her. And be prepared for either answer.

Well, the fact that you actually took a moment to post this question on here so you can consider replies says to me that your OCD isn't that serious. You do have some level of self control. My thought is to wait until she e-mails you back. Don't jump the gun. If you're already in communication with her she already has some inkling that you like her. You don't want to get overbearing or too needy right at the beginning. Second of all, I wouldn't confess you have OCD to her right away, nor should you do impulsive things and blame it on the OCD. Like I said, obviously you do have *some* control so blaming it on OCD is bogus. And you should wait until you're further in the relationship and know each other better before dropping such heavy duty info. Think about it, man...if you were still in the getting to know one another stage and some girl let it drop that she was d as a child...that might make you think twice about dating her. There's a stigma there, like it or not. However, if you got to know one another and she liked you and you're dating...then that would be the time for initimate disclosures. Keep your personal information personal until you're getting personal. And as for what to say if she e-mails you back with her number...dial it down a notch and keep it casual. Say you think she's really cool and really pretty and you'd like to go out with her some time. Don't get overly emotional and don't start the "I love you" bs this early. That's a huge red flag.

Should a toilet be flushed after every use?

My boyfriend won't let me use his bedroom toilet anymore because I keep flushing it after every time I use it...He said I should only flush after every 3rd time I use it. Unless its "number 2"...I told him that its disgusting to leave "peee" in the bowl and not flush but he keeps arguing that its only "water" and we should conserve the water...So now he won't let me use his bathroom in his room unless I only flush after the 3rd use...I find it sick and unhygienic...What do you think?

The thing is that my mom wants to move into these apartments but they say she needs like a co signer or sumthin b/c her credit isn't good. Ghosts making me look crazy i dont know what to do im scared and need help?

kay so the other night i was in bed and i looked to the back of my closet and i saw little faces but didnt think much of it so i went to bed again and it felt like someone was laying beside me and touching my leg then i looked up and there was this sand feather like stuff in the air it didnt fall at all but i put my fingers through it it was the weirdest thing i did that for a little while then went to bed kinda thinking it was the adavan i took and if it was a ghost kinda cool, then i felt like someone was sucking on my nipple so i rolled over and ater i saw again so turned on light and sat on my bed a there was two different boys sitting in parts of my room plus the girl in closet but when i looked at them they dissapeared i tried to talk to them and say why are you hear can you talk and stuff like that i told them to leave but they wouldnt go so i got my grandma and she didnt believe me because they wouldnt show them selves to her.. she kept thinking i was crazy and we argued for hours they would do things behind her that i would notice and she couldnt see. or id see the air moving kinda fuzzy.. i was taking a shower and two faces showed up in the shower cutain so i rubbed them away and they came back. i was siitting on couch and the pillows looked like they wear lookin at me and had faces and when id walk around house other things looked like they were moving. my grandma took me to hospital and they let me go. when i got back one of my garabge bags with clothes in it had a face and eyes just looking at me so ignored it and tried to tell them but they didnt know what i was talking about and made me go have a nap i went under the blanket texing and i looked up and it was a face so i quickly flipped it off me. my mom took me later that day to our storage unit and i swear one came along i saw it in the back speaker and when she got out it went in the head part of the seat like little sands or something and it made a really detailed constantly moving picture it went through the air thing in the car and out side where i saw it moving around in the wind then it looked like it got bigger and turned into a grim reeper type thing very large and long but no one eles was around, then we left and it didnt come with us i dont think, ive never had anything like this happen before and its really annoying nobody believes me they think im phyco. my mom took me to the hospital again later and we were in this room and i was crying and looked the chair she was on behind looked like another grim reper type thing and white film started laying out beside it in the air and some bird like fluttering thing was in it but it was on the side so again nobody but me saw. laying in the hospial bed looking at the walls thousands of spirits came flying and me and around even going into my feet and body trying to lay themselves, all different shapes sizes and types. then when i got in the car i looked down at the dark floor and it looked like a hole bunch followed me when the light went on they were gone, i went to bed and turned off light and there was a whole bunch of creatures and spirits and ghosts in there some that didnt seem like they were too nice and my cat even caught something in his mouth and was eating it a it was kinda fluttering and stuff so i grabbed it from him after he bit some of it and went to show my dad and it went invisable, they all think im hillusinating but i know im not this is real and its scary, i just want them to go away there wrecki ng my life please help mee :( i dont know what to do and why they keep following me

Anyone familiar with tetra pond pond pump troubleshooting?

I have a Tetra pond 2500 pump( above ground and a submersible part) it was running fine all spring and summer until today, it acts as if there is no power going to it, although there are no GFIs tripped and there is power at the outlet. Should I change my anti anxiety medication?

So for the past two years I've been on zoloft for a generalized anxiety disorder. I started off on a moderate dose and last year some things came up and I was put on a higher dosage. When I think about it, I'm constantly worrying, but not about the stuff that I was put on the medication for. I also had to go through a technique in therapy for the certain phobia like condition, I wish I remember what it was called but it's kind of like you're being hypnotized..it has to do with the REM cycle..anyways after going through it, my fear wasn't a fear anymore. But I still wanted to be on meds. to be sure I could live my life again. So I don't know if the medicine is actually working with just calming me down in general. I'm not sure if I want to be on medicine anymore. So should I try changing medicine???

Okay so my family is really weird. I live in Argentina and my Dad lives in England. I speak Spanish with my mom, Spanish/english with my sister and Dutch with my dad. My parents speak french with eachother. It's SO annoying because we always have to translate everything. My first word was 'mama' which is "mom" in spanish. Why do people honestly listen to critics. From what I've noticed and come to understand, critics are nothing but whiny little snobs who are totally biased towards one genre of movie, video game, television show, etc., to another, and they're still ped off as "intellectuals". Has it ever occurred to critics that their reviews have no influence on how much money a movie grosses? For example; Robbin Williams in World's Greatest Dad was hailed as a masterpiece by numerous critics, but it was a nightmarish failure at the box office. Alright, so there's this guy I've known since second grade and now we're in 8th grade. Last year is when we really hit it off and started talking a lot. Soccer Cleats: Diadora or Adidas?

My aging dog is becoming a little unstable?

My heins 57 mutt (Pitbull, Labrador, German Sheppard, Doberman, I'm not sure what else) is entering her later years, around age 8 or 9. She's always been a little skitish, sometimes (though rarely) snapping when annoyed and once bit a delivery boy who entered our house, but otherwise sweet and playful. She's also very in shape for her age. We think she's healthy and she has regular visits to the vet. However, she's been a little off the past few months. She often looks guilty and yesterday when I was playing with her like I usually do she became suddenly violent, though she quickly seemed to realize her mistake and resigned to her bed. We have tested the relay circuit with a light bulb tester and it does not light up on 1 and 3... but if we put one in 1 and ground the other with metal or on 3 and ground, it lights. The other relay circuits light up on 1 and 3??? Is it my circuit or is it the PCM ground circuit.....how do i fix this??

First of all my fathers own home town is also just near Conway, Arkansas. As to how Arkansas is pronounced I don't know why you're hearing a "L" on the end. The "S" in Arkansas is actually silent. It really sounds more like 'Arkansa'. As to why it's pronounced that way I have no idea, it just is. In the American language many words sound differently then they are spelled. I've always heard that the American language is the most difficult to learn because we have so many ways to use our alphabet and so many letters are silent in words. Am I malnourished or underinformed?

I'm 5' 1'' or 2'' or somewhere in between & I think I'm about 110 lbs. But I read somewhere that "Malnutrition is also known to cause hair to become lighter, thinner, and more brittle. Dark hair may turn reddish or blondish due to the decreased production of melanin." This describes my hair color, although my hair occasionally falls out. I'm a vegetarian & maybe I don't eat too well but as my weight indicates, I'm not anorexic nor am I bulimic. Besides, I have a blue & green alleles so it's possible that I might be of a European descent but I'm not sure. All I know is my hair was never black but not reddish, especially in the sunlight. In a bright light (indoors), it's light brown. So I don't know what to think cuz my family never discusses my genetic background.

I know that many Europeans are either Anglo Saxon, Slavic, or from the Middle East or mixed with two or three, (like the french, italians, spanish, german, romanians, etc). I know there are races that look the way they do because of where they lives and the climate...but that region is very hot. Why do they not look black? Are they mixed with black and middle eastern? My Chimney has 2 flus ,one for the fireplace ,one for the oil burner?

,The mortar cap is deteriorated ,so I replaced a portion of it and sealed all the edges with mortar . The two flus are rectangular and rise perpendicular to each other and form a T at the top . Where the two flus meet at the top, there was a 1 inch gap between the two ,they didn't quite touch . I filled this gap with mortar but am not sure I should have ,but it seemed if I didn't it would let water get inside the chimney,where it didn't belong . I don't know if there was always a gap there or if some how they shifted apart. Do you think filling this gap is a mistake ,and why ,Thanks!!

13weeks pregnant vomiting and diarrhea when should i go to the hospital?

im 13 weeeks pregnant ive had morning sickness all though out but this is different. for the last 7days i have been puking right after what ever i eat if by chance i can hold it down i have sever diarrhea i dont have fever and feel fine other wise...aslong as i dont eat... ok so me and this girl jenny used to be extremely close during summer after 8th grade and winter break last year (June 4, 2009 - January 2, 2010). We stopped talking because i told her i like her during winter break last year and i kept mentioning it because i thought she would admit that she likes me the way i like her. Also during winter break she liked our friend amy and wanted to let go of the way she feels about her cuz amy didnt/doesnt like jenny like that so she was considering going out with me but she thought about it again and said naww because she didnt wanna mess up thr relationship we have but i was so desperate to have her go out with me that wasnt thinking about how me telling her i like her alot would make her feel, and it made her feel like sh*t. But now me and her go to the same school (last year we didnt go to the same school) and i went to 2 of our home football games and she plays drums in the band so i see her at the bottom of the stands or near under the bleachers when the band is taking a break. so one time her cousin was there and she toke my hand and made me wave at jenny and jenny waved back <3 lol. then at the next game she said omg its jayden and i said omg its jenny and we laughed. i text her every other day sometimes but recently i got a facebook (yes i know im late xD) and i added her and she wrote on my wall Monday and we talked from like 7 at night to midnight. then i bought coffee for me and her Tuesday morning and we shared it <3, and today when going to my friends gym cl 2 hangout there cuz i didnt have to take my second hour mid-term, i saw her and i poked her and she hugged me and went to her cl. we didnt say anything to each other =(, but at least she hugged me =). Then today, i walked my friend natasha to her world history cl so she can take her midterm exam and while we were going up the stairs, jenny came and walked with us because she has history with natasha. So while we were walking me and jenny and natasha were talking a little bit. Then after school i texted her around 12:00 (we had early release) and she didnt answer. Then i resended the text arounf 12:50 and she answered around 1:24. Then i replied a minute later and she didint text back so i resended it around 3:22 cuz sometimes my texts dont go through but she didnt text back. So bascially i just wanna know how come we were not as close as we were before? I mean I know its going to take time before were close again like how we were before but im sooo impatient! I also wanna know how come we dont talk as much as we used? Like when i go on facebook she's talking to people I dont know and i get jealous and today she wrote that she was waiting for this gurl jackie to arrive at her house so she can pick up her cousin then she can go to menchies (the frozen yogurt store <3) and i got jealous because we dont hang out anymore and when i see her in the hallway at school, there's a huge difference when i see her and say hi and hug her than it is when i see, say hi and hug my other friends. Maybe because im soo used to not talking to her and maybe its the same for her. Knot on back inside of knee. ?

My son has an odd knocht on the inside backside of the knee. (not the actual back..but on the back corner) It feels like a bone sticking down and you can actually push your finger up under it. Also, every so often his knee will pop loudly or lock up (then pop). DR said they have never seen anything like it and is in the process of finding a specialist. (I am a little upset that they didn't even x-ray it). Anyone know of what this may be? It is very hard like a bone. But I am not sure.

For about 3 months now I, without any break, have been consumed by a fear that everyone potentially is out to get me. Like that people either want to kill me or at the very least do bodily harm to me. I swear to you that I have been thinking of this fear for 3 months now every minute and hour of the day. I could b reading a book & still these thoughts pop into my mind while reading or even talking to a friend of mine on the phone. I draw up scenarios in my mind that would seem impossible 2 others but possible 2 me in which people harm me or r plotting to harm me. I am 19 and I am already beginning to go insane. Like actually insane 2 the point where I am actually avoiding as much contact with the outside world as possbile besides the friends and family that I trust. I fear that old enemies from the past are plotting to kill me in the future. It is taking over my entire life. I won't even go places much anymore unless I'm familiar with them. Is this normal?
